RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Please note: since all pieces are made to order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Unfortunately we are not able to take returns or exchanges on any product because it has been custom made for you. We want you to love your jewelry! So if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your piece, please contact hello@candacecovelli.com within (5) days of receiving your product and we will do our best to accommodate you.
ORDER NOTIFICATION
Upon ordering, customers will receive confirmation via email within 12 hours. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. Please note, an order placed for multiple items may result in multiple or partial shipments.
Please keep in mind that because all of our pieces are made to order, some gemstones or materials will not always be available at your time of purchase and there could be a slight delay in the production process. If this occurs, we will notify you via email with any issues and will reserve you the right to proceed with your order, change it, or cancel it.

SHIPPING
Please note, all jewelry is custom made to order and is created entirely by hand in New York City, therefore please allow 3 - 4 weeks for production and shipping.
Domestic Shipping:
We offer free domestic shipping on all orders. Orders are shipped via ground shipping. If you need to expedite shipping or the production process, please contact us at hello@candacecovelli.com and we will do our best to accommodate (additional shipping fees may occur). Taxes are automatically calculated at check out. Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within New York state at the current local rate. Orders shipped outside of New York are not liable for sales tax.
International Shipping:
There is a flate rate of $50 for all international orders. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise from international shipping.
Candace Covelli cannot be held responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, or other issues once we have shipped the order. If your order is sent back to Candace Covelli by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order.
